I think that an analyst must be able to comprehend that biases can be generated in the heart and mind of the analyst in spite of trying to think in a positive and fair manner. This is because the subconscious mind might keep working on different types of biases in a cognitive manner psychologically (Stallard, 2019). There can be information used by the human analysts by obtaining such information from the different senses of the analysts. Therefore, the version of reality used by the analysts can become something different from reality.
